Terms of Service

1. Use of service

Hakaar provides doorstep car care in Hyderabad. By booking, you agree to provide accurate information, a suitable wash space, access to a power socket where required, and grant our partners access to your vehicle for the duration of the service.

2. Payments

Payment timing and method (online or on-site) are confirmed at booking or in your invoice. Pricing shown at booking should match what you pay unless you approve a change in writing.

3. Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling rules are stated at booking. Late changes may incur a fee where communicated upfront.

4. Limitation of liability

Hakaar is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage. Any damage attributed to service should be reported promptly and is handled through our resolution process.
