Booking & process

Open Login, choose Customer, and sign in with the email on your account. Go to Services, pick a car wash package, then complete booking on the same page: vehicle, address, and slot. You need a small wash space and a power socket on site. Use Contact if you need help scheduling.

Same-day may be available when slots are open; for busy weekends we recommend booking a couple of days ahead.

Yes. Partners are briefed on society entry norms and to avoid blocking common areas.

Policies are confirmed at booking. Contact support as early as possible — we’ll do our best to move your slot.

Service quality

Partners are trained in safe wash technique and towel discipline to minimise swirl risk.

Reach us within hours of completion with photos. We’ll review and offer a fair resolution.

Yes — we regularly care for luxury and soft-clearcoat finishes with appropriate protocols.

Coverage & availability

We maintain a master locality list across Greater Hyderabad. The live list is on the Coverage page and powers booking.

Pick the nearest named locality and add your exact landmark in the address. Message us if you’re on a new pin; we often already route nearby.

Typically 7 AM – 7 PM, seven days a week; exact slots depend on partner availability in your zone.

For partners

Open Join as Partner, complete the multi-step application (KYC and bank details), and submit. Status stays pending until our team approves your profile.

Earnings depend on jobs completed and area. Commercial terms are shared during onboarding.

Starter kit expectations are explained at onboarding; top-ups are arranged at agreed terms.

Settlement and collection rules are communicated in your partner agreement and dashboard.
